Who is responsible
Zakaria Driouch, freelance Meta Ads consultant. Contact: growthadsbyzakaria@gmail.com.
What is collected
Messages you send me by WhatsApp or email (name, contact details and whatever you choose to write). I use them only to reply and, if we work together, to manage the project.
Audience statistics with Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, country, device and referrer, in aggregated form, without advertising cookies.
The Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): it records visits to this site and clicks on the WhatsApp and email links, and may set cookies. It is used to measure and improve my own advertising on Facebook and Instagram, including showing ads to people who visited the site.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Server logs may be processed by the host for security and performance.
How long
Messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and follow up on our work, then deleted on request. Analytics and Meta data follow those providers' retention rules.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to growthadsbyzakaria@gmail.com.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage the ads you see in your Facebook / Instagram ad preferences.
No sale of data
Your data is never sold or shared for any purpose other than those described here.
